Hello my daughter age 20 & niece age 19 visited Davids Bridal in Columbus Ohio today Sept 7 2014. She has plans to get married and was wanting to try on gowns. Her experience in your store was less than desirable as she states the staff there were rude & not willing to help her. It is possible that they thought she was too young as she could pass for a 12 year old. Absolutely awful. Don't recommend anyone going to David's bridal at Easton for a dress.
Talk about a wedding nightmare... the lost my maid of honors dress.. my dress still has not arrived and my wedding is in 4 weeks... and when we went in on several occasions the workers were rude... im definitely a pissed off bride.
Had nothing but trouble with this store. They a have no professional ethics and even when problems are brought to their attention, they don't seem to care.
