When I picked my dress I was told that it would be cleaned.When I went for alterations it said it would be cleaned. Needs to say it was not! I called the corporation and they basically told me to pick another dress. Alternation are horribly expensive. I wouldn't sent anyone to David's!

I went in for my fitting months ago. Ordered my dress and when it came in it was obviously a display or return. The top looked like it had been drug all over the floor. They ordered me a new one which came a few weeks later. Went in a couple months later for alterations. Alterations were VERY expensive but we went there because we were told the work was guaranteed. Went to pick up my dress and the alterations were awful. The ladies showing me the dress were appalled. They were very nice and I could tell they were embarrassed... read more
I'm a plus size bride wanting a knee length dress. I made an appointment at the Easton location to try on some of the dresses I favored online. DB doesn't have too much variety in their selection (prob not too many plus-size brides wanting short dresses). I chose not to do the whole "entourage" and went solo. The welcome was bland; the ladies up front just looked at me at first then gave me a forced hi. The young lady assigned to me was polite, but felt like she didn't want to be there. Service was great........did not care for the music I was forced to listen to during the fitting........the carpet was in need of a good vacuuming......
Very very poor experience & customer service is what I received at the Davids Bridal Easton location. We were there for bridesmaid dresses, and Hailey, who was assigned to us, was very unprofessional. Let's just say she was no where to be found and when she was, she was just down right rude and very ill mannered! I will not be returning back to the store for anything. The dress selection is nice. We had an appointment with a consultant. I wasn't aware that we would be sharing a consultant with the rest of the store. She was mostly pleasant, but nothing special.
