They suck. My son was killed in a car crash 6 weeks before wedding and they don't want to refund money for brides dress. They show no sympathy The lady was rude who waited on my son's fiance. Don't go there they suck
I wish there was a lower rate than a one. This store is terrible. My future mother in law purchased her dress here and had the WORST experience. When her dress was in they tried to pass off a dress that had beads falling off to her. They reshipped one, she got it altered and they did not alter it correct for her. She had them correct it a second time and still not right! They blamed this on her! How is that her fault, she was not there to sew the dress. Customer service is terrible at this location. David's Bridal literally just demonstrated the worst display of customer service anyone could experience. My wife just called practically in tears because of how she was treated at the Sawmill Rd location in Columbus Ohio. She has been excited about purchasing a dress for our first black tie affair together and the staff there were very resistant to assisting and un-accomodating to say the least. When you make an appointment and say you have 5 bridemaids to size and want to look at wedding dresses they give you 1 dressing room, a half hour which someone pulls a few dresses and luckily someone helping another client tried to help us because the person that was supposed to help us was more interested in the people with bigger pockets than ours. We went here to look at wedding dresses and everyone was very rude and acted like you were wasting there time. We left and went to David's Bridal on Sawmill Road to get my ladies there bridesmaid dresses, where we didn't get any better service. The manager there was who the lady that was suppose to helping us got to help us and she was the rudest lady I have ever met. No one is helpful at all and they don't treat you with respect. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional in bridal store before let alone any store! It is such a shame to spend so much money and not be treated like they appreciate the business! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Staff was rude and too worried about "schedule." My daughter left there crying. We went to Henry's; and she said yes to the dress!!!
