I had a great experience buying my dress originally from David’s Bridal, but I was SO impressed with karena today in alterations. She was so thorough & helped me make my dress exactly how I want it! I was so impressed. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience every time I’ve been here! First time I came in with 5 other bridesmaids of all different shapes and sizes (plus another bridesmaid on FaceTime) to find the perfect bridesmaid dress for my best friend Crista’s wedding. I came in about 1 month ago to go wedding dress shopping and I promise you I got the best person there Allysia! She is absolutely adorable and so sweet. She helped me pick out the dress of my dreams since I am getting married next month! I went in for alterations and she stopped in to see me. I will forever have a relationship with this amazing girl. My future daughter in law made an appointment to come in this morning to find her wedding dress. Within a half hour, the dress was selected along with veil. I would recommend Chase to anyone. I just found out today that my dress was not going to make it here on time. I'm the mother of the bride so I was frantic. Went into David's Bridal and Kylie B was beyond amazing. Superb customer service and she found the perfect dress and accessories. Could not have done it without her. Thank you again Kylie B
went here yesterday was helped by a women named Dani. She was so nice & sweet and I had the best experience. Everybody there was so friend definitely glad I went here to get my prom dress :).
I loved my consultant! She was amazing! Today we were looking for my mothers dress for my wedding she was the one that helped us when I was looking for my bridal gown. She is just absolutely amazing! I would have give it 5 stars if it wasn't for when we got to the register! We have the rudest young lady that has everything helped me there! I am extremely disappointed in how she helped us! I was vary disappointed about my check out experience and that is why it is not a 5 start review!
