David's Bridal in Terre Haute has to be the WORST Bridal Shope on the face of the Earth and I would love a call from corporate! Your Terre Haute location has taken advantage of a senior citizen. I am outraged! My mother purchased a dress for over $225 and they charge $60 to hem the dress. She went in to pick up the dress and they did a HORRIBLE job. I ordered my bridesmaids dress and September received it and November was told by the ladies at David's bridal I had to order my dress right then and there. The wedding ended up being canceled when I called a few months ago the lady told me I could take our dress back for in-store credit if it was not altered. When I called a few days ago they told me I was unable to get in-store credit because it was too far since I've ordered my dress which was less than a year, and the wedding they had already passed. DO NOT GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL!!! they say you can return your items for in-store credit, but fail to mention it has to be before the event date you originally planned. We bought the most expensive dress in the store and now they won't work with us... Awesome!
My niece ordered a dress and tried cancelling it immediately and they refused charging her anyway. She's pregnant and her fiance is about to be deployed. Customer service was completely rude. They only care until they get your credit card! I think we will be doing all business with Wendy's from now on!!!

We had a good experience; however, I felt the clerk was distracted and did not give the attention needed during the bridal fittings.
Very disappointed in David's Bridal, in Portage Mi. rude rushed customer service with the manager being the worst of the entire bunch of them. Very unpleasant experience dealing with them each time I had to go in for appointments. The manager in particular is better suited for drill sergeant work. Honestly, I personally will never use them again.
