RecommendedI have been a resident in a Dean & DeWitt property for 5 years now and they are always quick to respond to maintenance issues. I recently returned home from vacation to find my kitchen sink leaking. They had the plumber dispatched within 45 minutes of me contacting them. The following day a Dean & DeWitt maintenance person was at my apartment first thing in the morning to repair the wall (and clean up the mess)! They continue to provide excellent service year after year.

RecommendedI had a great experience with Dean and DeWitt Property. My daughter rented an apartment in St. Petersburg, Florida while she completed her senior year of college. In my experience, they were professional and responsive. They were prompt in refunding the security deposit at the end of the lease and the amount deducted was fair. RecommendedThis is s great PM company to have manage ur property at. I have living at a Dean property here for almost 2 years and any issues with maintenance gets fixed super fast and easy. Much love to Sharon, Mary Ellen and Marjerie in the Dean office in SP.
