RecommendedI have been a resident in a Dean & DeWitt property for 5 years now and they are always quick to respond to maintenance issues. I recently returned home from vacation to find my kitchen sink leaking. They had the plumber dispatched within 45 minutes of me contacting them. The following day a Dean & DeWitt maintenance person was at my apartment first thing in the morning to repair the wall (and clean up the mess)! They continue to provide excellent service year after year.

Excellent Property Management with Friendly Expedited Service
I’d like to stop in and show my appreciation for Dean and DeWitt property management. George is very prompt when handling issues at the complex. From the time I moved in to one small issue I had in my unit. They have always been courteous and professional. I have never dealt with a more professional Property Management organization. I’ve recommended them to my friends, family members and employees.
I had a great experience with Dean and DeWitt Property. My daughter rented an apartment in St. Petersburg, Florida while she completed her senior year of college. In my experience, they were professional and responsive. They were prompt in refunding the security deposit at the end of the lease and the amount deducted was fair. I recommend Dean and DeWitt Property highly.
This is s great PM company to have manage ur property at. I have living at a Dean property here for almost 2 years and any issues with maintenance gets fixed super fast and easy. Much love to Sharon, Mary Ellen and Marjerie in the Dean office in SP. Dean & Dewitt property management has always been quickly responsive and personable. I have lived here 5 and 1/2 years and have never had any problems with the property or with the management team. I highly recommend them.
