Everyone in the Customer Service Dept. has been outstanding in their response to our issues with the house we are currently renting. Melissa, Dave, Patrick, just to name a few have been courteous and very helpful in responding. Roland and his helper did a wonderful job cleaning up the yard. Donnie is amazing!!!! He has great customer service! I love talking with him. Told him about some issues that never got fixed and he immediately asked for a list so he can make sure it gets done within a week or so. His care and concern for the property is amazing!!!! He is definitely an asset to your company!

I was getting gas and your company vehicle driver let me in front of her,, then at the stoplight the driver came to my car, put the gas cap back on and closed the cover. Then she waved and got back in her car. She went above and beyond when she didn't have to in all that traffic. Thank you sweet blonde lady for your kindness.
