Food is good. Service is good. Ridiculous with the coupon/internet specials if you don't show your coupon at the door they don't give you the deal you saw on the internet...a little ridiculous! Soda refills are not free..2.39...18% gratuity added directly into bill for two people but other than that...no complaints
Very disappointed! Felt rushed and was skipped by hostess.
They sat my family and I way at the end of the table which is fine. We waited for others to come in and by the time a older couple came in we were done with appetizer and salad which was also fine. What really made me angry is that the cook goes to the grill closer to them and had a huge mixing bowl in the way and 2 big sauce bottles. I agree with all previous comments about the quality and presentation of food. But yesterday it was too cold inside Desaki, so I just wanted the food to be served asap and leave.
We didn't want to wait 25 minutes we ask if we can sat that the bar and order food and door person said yes the bartender server was very nice Besides manager being rude to bartender in front customers we want to order a dish from hibachi section but was informed that we can only can order appetizer at the bar only Restaurant by bottled water we saw them puts their own sticker around bottled Their green tea is actually Turkey Hill was actually bum Not a great experience � and we drove a hour to experience this place
If you like your sushi to be all rice, this Is the place.
My first time going, surprised they didn't have tofu, I asked for my dinner on the hibachi and just not to touch the meat, they made it inside. Forced to pay 18% when I do believe I would of paid at least 20%, but they seem to hide that from us! I will not visit again, I will stick with Ichiban who I believed had better food, better service.
