They gave away our seating to another guest than gave us a table that had a end table behind the chef so you couldn’t see anything. Food was Horrible the rice was burnt the chicken was dry had to drown it in teriyaki sauce just to eat it the lo mein was like fake plastic noodles was not cooked shall I go on choose for yourself
Very disappointing. Soup was salty. No salad with meal and you have to ask for sauce a few times unlike most hibachi places where they are normally included. Overpriced. They also rush you through your meal. Made reservations weeks in advance to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Ww were supposed to get a cake, chef hat, signature gong and happy birthday from staff. They did none of that. Excuse was they ran out of cake. Never comped a meal or anything.
Very disappointed my friends and I went there to celebrate a friends birthday. They were suppose to have a cake for her but said they ran out of cakes. This had been planned for a couple of weeks. They didn’t seem to care.
We made reservations for a 50th birthday party Had our meal, by the time the people who order chicken got their food they were done serving. Take home boxes came around and we were told we had to leave because the table was needed. We were told they were moving us to a different area for cake. Then at the hosted station we were told they ran out of cake. When we complained we were asked to leave. We had people travel from more than an hour away. I will never go back. Staff was not friendly. Food over priced.
Down hill from the start, it took about 45 mins to receive our drinks. The table next to us were seated about 20 mins after we sat down and they have drinks and soup before we received ours, all our orders were wrong and to top it off my daughter ordered the kids chicken and never got chicken and when we asked the cook he pretty much said oh well and when we went to the manager he didn’t want to hear it.. I will never go back
Food was okay, service was okay, show was meh, very expensive for overall experience. Everyone was pretty friendly, but still not worth it. Been to a few hibachi places, this was the worst one when considering the cost and experience. Would not go back. Would not tell anyone to ever go.
The food was ok, kind of too salty and little flavor. The chef was very funny so it was kind of worth it , for a pretty hefty bill ... Wouldn't do it again ... Also , you need to fix your signs on the road. It says 5 min bear Camelbeach water park but it's almost 20 min and the next sign says 4 miles but it's 8!!!! Huge difference , very deseaving
Food was good but pricey. The waiter had to reprint my recipe 4 times bc I noticed food and drinks from ppl on my table were added to my bill.
