Excellent doctors office - I cannot go anywhere else- they are that professional and nice The office is gorgeous- they run a tight ship- they do not take samples from sales people so are not beholding to push a particular drug- I see Dr Sudekum- so do most of my friends and family- she is a wonderful physician- we are all very pleased.

I'm surprised but the negative comments here. DRFPs are great! They have always been able to get me in the same day or the morning the next day; My previous doctors office, I would have had to wait a week! The front office staff are friendly and professional and are very clear in describing things to you. Dr. Turner is great. She has put up a lot from me and that is probably an understatement. NO! I'm sure if you're a long term patient and you've established a good repertoire with a doctor you're singing psalms but those whom are new and want an established physician who follows up with your medical history and desires to give you a full physical examination I would tell you to go somewhere else! I don't recommend this outfit because, frankly, they are too busy to practice medical awareness and professional expediency upon your.medical concerns or conditions. Walk away and get someone else. I was looking for a new PCP since I'm new to the area and I saw Dr. Turner today. She was great! I might be biased be she was as much of a wildcat fan as me but she also answered my questions well. The checking in process was a bit annoying but when isn't it. Over all I am very happy with my experience and am excited to have Dr. Turner take care of me!!

I started seeing dr Piccione here two years ago. She is a warm, caring physician. If she can't figure out what's going on with me she always knows who to refer me too. The last time I was there I checked in at my appointed time and was left or forgotten in the waiting room for an hour before I called it to their attention. The front office blamed the back office and vice versa. After seeing her I emailed her twice about getting my test results and spoke to her PA. Neither Dr Piccione or her PA ever got back to me. Not impressed with the professionalism of the staff here. I have been looking for a good physician in the area for weeks. I contacted Desert Ridge Family Physicians office two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my only day off. The receptionist stated that they cannot book appointments in advance, only the day before or day of. The doctors at Desert Family are good from my experiences with them. The issue with this doctors office and the main reason why I would recommend for others to choose another doctor is the scheduling. From reading others reviews it seems that I am not alone. From step throat to broken bones they ask to schedule you out a day or so later. Rather than accommodating you and scheduling you in. My Dr. Started at Desert Ridge Family Physicians recently, and I was excited to see her. Until, we spoke with the front staff. They are not friendly or helpful. Also, they said they took my insurance but then came back later and said no they don't. I asked if I could pay out of pocket for my visits. They said no. I've never heard of a doctors office that wouldn't let you pay out of pocket! I've paid out of pocket before. Also, the same day/ next day appointment scheduling is ridiculous!
