It's such a great area and office is great and the front desk is very nice. My reason for 2 stars is in the doctors. My first visit they refused to believe I had strep and tried to convince me I had mono. When I left I went to an urgent care 2 days later and they said it was without a doubt strep and couldn't believe I had waiting to get in to see them and get antibiotics. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here! The check in process was quick. And the online scheduling is very easy. Dr. Hernandez is absolutely amazing. You can tell that your needs are his priority and he is extremely passionate about what he does. I am so happy to have finally found a great PCP!
It was my first visit with Doctor Gazda today. I use to see Doctor Witte and he took over for her. My first impression is that he is a good listener and is very empathetic. When you have a lot to say as a patient and still have a good conversation that's a great recipe for success.
Dr. Lau is a fabulous doctor! I have been a patient of hers for many years. She is professional, caring and always smiling.
Once you're an established patient, it's super easy to make an appointment online. One of the things I like about this practice is you can only make same day/next day appointments. At my previous doctor, I'd have to wait weeks for an appointment. The office waiting room is very spacious and the staff professional and courteous. I love their appointment practice, not scheduling out more than 3 days. Even if Dr Nelson isn't available (my GP), I feel very comfortable going with any other doctor. The medical staff is knowledgeable, caring and competent. I feel very well taken care of anytime I contact them. Besides Dr Nelson being an amazing and gifted doc, Dr Acuna~ is right up their with Dr Nelson in compassion, patience, and knowledge. Dr Acuna is amazing!! Extremely helpful and ready to get to the root of the issues. He's not a "give it a pill" kind of doctor, which I love! He genuinely cares about his patients & his assistant is great too!
I was dubious of this practice when I first followed Dr. Witte here because they book appointments no further out than 3 days. How could that possibly work?! Now, I love it and do not want to go anywhere else - I hate to go back to "we can see you in three weeks." I called yesterday morning at 8:15 AM and got a 10:30 AM appointment. I like the two doctors I have seen here: Dr. Natalie Witte, who is moving away, and Dr. Katy Kirk, who I just saw this week.
