Very suspicious of their so called "Today or Tomorrow" claim. I called at 8'AM sharp on a Wednesday morning. Was told last week that 3 physicians were accepting new patients. So being very prompt today, I was told nothing was available either today or tomorrow. How can that be if appointments for tomorrow are full and 8am is opening time for phone. Think this claim is false and they should be reported for false advertising.

I've been going to this practice for 5-6 yrs now. I've never left unhappy. Love Kristen Lau, as do my 2 teenagers. She has always been available when we needed her and she communicates and answers my emails. The front staff has always been nice to me. I'm shocked to see some of these negative reviews - they definitely do not match my experience there.

Their appointment system is a joke. It is literally the stupidest thing I have ever encountered as a patient. Every single time I've tried to establish myself as a patient there, since my husband sees a doctor there that he is happy with, they are "completely booked". I called today to give them one more shot because I may well have strep and they were still "booked", even for a patient who is actually sick. If I wanted to see them for a well visit, I can't book in advance because you can only book an appointment 24-48 hours... read more

I love this office and my primary care physician, Dr. Lau. My mom, dad, brother, and I have been patients of Dr. Lau for at least 10 years. We all have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Lau and this practice. She is very thorough with her appointments and never makes you feel like she is in a rush. Her medical advice is always explained in a way that can be easily understood by her patients. I love the fact that I can email Dr. Lau with a medical question or concern and hear back from her within a day or two. She is ... read more

Clearly this office only wants to deal with certain cases and workers comp is NOT one of them. Unfortunately you cannot count on being provided accurate information by the office staff. I needed to get in quickly and we were assured to call at 7:45am on Tuesday morning and they would get me in, no problem. So I dragged myself out of bed early only to be told, no we can't get you because we have 3 physicians out of the office this week and we need to get our existing patients in first. I just called to get my daughter checked out as she has a rash all over her body. Unfortunately they will not see her because she is a new patient and there isn't any "new patient appointments" open today, even though my husband and son have already established care there. I explained to the receptionist that this is not a well check but an appointment specifically to look at her rash and give me peace of mind or if there is actually cause for concern. After suffering through the weekend with a sinus infection, I went into their office. I usually see Dr. Luba but as she was on vacation they scheduled me with Dr. Turner. DON'T SEE HER!!!!!! She was very rude to me during the exam, and during the exam acted like my pain was an inconvenience to her bedside manner, or the lack thereof. Finding a new primary care physician/practice following a move is stressful under the best of circumstances. Mine were not the best of circumstances. Following two separate admissions and discharges from two different hospitals in a one week span was such a situation.
