Works well for online meetings Pros: We like that Dialpad allows for future and recurring scheduling. Cons: The online version of Dialpad is a bit unstable, especially if you are using a secure browser. Overall: Overall, it has work very well for us.
Dialpad Meeting Pros: The most impactful feature this software has would have to be the recording of calls. We really enjoy that feature as it allows us to look back on calls for missed information or clarification. Cons: My only complaint would be that the desktop app has quite a lot going on and i occasionally become a little lost when navigating through it. Dialpad Meetings has been amazing during Covid Pros: We started using Dialpad Meeting when it first launched many years ago but it really picked up during Covid. I personally used it for board meetings for a school board I'm on. Even the older users were able to use it. Cons: Now that it's also video it's not the same to use but we really still like it. Spectacular Software Pros: We use Dialpad for more than just meetings, its a great phone network as well! Cons: No problems or issues using this software yet!
Great product Pros: In the short time we have used this product it was very efficient, with almost no lags, unlike other products we've tried, I like the transcription feature they use as well. Cons: I dont like the fact that I had to download two apps to be able to use, if we could download only one would have been better Overall: I really liked it.
A Different Kind of Uber Pros: Very clear video and voice when on a call. Nice user interface. Cons: Takes a little while to get used to the interface if you are used to Zoom or Teams. Overall: Overall a good product and a good user experience.
Dialpad won't break your bank Pros: Excel option to host meetings both voice and video. Easy to use and very inexpensive with most of the features the other services have. Go for it. Save some green $$$ Cons: No issues. I have been using the project for over two years and I have never had any problems.
Dialpad meeting (formerly uberconference) user Pros: The software is very easy to use and customers have no issue figuring out intuitively where different things are. It also has free unlimited recording and a local phone number that people can dial into without a pin Cons: My least favorite portion of the software is the mobile is not able to view screens or share screens. It also does not record screens and just audio for meetings
UberConference Pros: I liked that it was an easy to use software for web conference Cons: The UI was clunky and there was no breakout session available when I accessed it
