Record a call with stellar sound? Pros: The ease of use is incredible! Even using my computer mic, I always sound crystal clear and the turnaround to send the call to my clients is fast, fast, fast... Cons: The ease of using the app, leaves a little to be desired. Setting up a spur of the moment call on mobile takes some manipulating.
Go-to conference calling Pros: Free conference calling for all your business needs. It's very easy to use and you even have your own choice of "hold" music while you're waiting on the line for other callers to call in. On the web dashboard you can even see who is calling in. It shows their number and location. Cons: This is not a con for ME and my company in particular but you cannot have more than 10 people per conference call so that would be a con for other people who need more than 10. Simple Is Better Pros: Uber conference is simple, cleanly designed and easy to use. It also offers a pretty robust experience even in the free version. Call quality is consistent, too. Cons: Hold audio repeats (and repeats and repeats) while you wait for the other party to join the line. It can get torturous, which is why the option to turn off hold music is a nice feature.
Good platform for virtual meeting Pros: I like Uber conference because it is web based & doesn't need any plug in to download & very easy to set up & start the meeting. Makes conference calling easy Pros: UberConference is our favorite option for conference calls, especially when our team is spread amongst various locations and needs to chat with someone external to the company at once. Cons: Not always the most intuitive when waiting for someone else to join the call - could use new hold music! Overall: Uberconference is our favorite phone or video conferencing software, generally easy to use and share dial-ins with new partners.
