I use it all the time. Pros: It's very easy to use. This is especially important for my clients. They don't have to download any software or anything to join a call. They can just call in on their phone if they prefer, which they often do. I also like how it has its own contacts database. Cons: I can't think of anything negative about it.
Easy to Use Web Conference / Screen Sharing Pros: Love that you do NOT have to download any software to set up, and that it allows a little customization even with the free version. Cons: That it is only available on Chrome, which for some people makes it difficult to use. Overall: Love it.. sadly, would be nice if you could use it on different platforms.
Easy conference call option Pros: I like the dedicated URL for your personal conference call "line". Cons: The call quality seems to be subpar to other conference call options. But it's hard to tell if it's a connection issue or a software issue...
Great Conference Call Solution Pros: UberConference is super easy to use. I like that it has options for video and phone. It's made difficult to schedule board meetings much easier. It also has very funny hold music, like specifically about being on hold for a conference call. Cons: I don't really have anything negative to say about UberConference. It's easy to use and gets the job done.
The best you can get for a free conferencing tool Pros: - Dedicated URL and phone number - Screen share - Speaker identification Cons: - Reliability: I have run into a few issues in the past where the tool has failed to work. These issues are always resolved quickly, but can put you in a jam when your meeting is about to start.
UberConference is one of the best free tools for video conferencing! Pros: What I like about UberConference is that it is easy to use, and you can change the music you want your attendee or the earliest joiner to listen when he or she is waiting for the other attendees to join. You can also shuffle it so that it will be a surprise! Best Software for meetings. Pros: I enjoy how is connected to our company Dailpad. The setup process was easy. The screen share feature is the best thing, it makes it easeir when training or presenting presetations. Another great feature is the wrap up, where afteer the confrence it sends you meeting minutes. Cons: This software is awesome. The only change I would make is to the hold music.
Easy to use and reliable Pros: Our company is located all over the world - so we are constantly trying to find new platforms to try to connect. We have used things such as SLACK, Skype and Google Hangout, but usually with those platforms, once you have more than 4 or 5 individuals on the call, it gets very laggy. Fancy Meeting You Here! Pros: My absolute favorite part about this software is the music it plays when you are waiting for other participants to join the conference. It's a hold song about being on hold, and it's amazing. Well that, and the fact this incredible meeting software is FREE. I even get my own meeting URL which makes me look and feel fancy.
