Light Conferencing Software Pros: UberConference is a good starter conferencing tool. It's good, not great and gets the job done for the most part. Cons: We've had a lot of connectivity issues, but I'm not sure if that's the network or UberConference's fault. Overall: Overall, UberConference does a decent job. We just switched to Zoom which is definitely superior, but I think it's more expensive (so I hear).
My Favorite Screenshare Tool Pros: Uberconference is very easy to use, and allows you to quickly set up a conference call with screen sharing capabilities. I have found this service to be super reliable with very little bugs or issues. Use it almost daily. A user's dial in remains the same so it's easy to save the and share the info among the team or with external vendors. Cons: I have no complaints - have had little to no bugs or issues using this software.

Makes conference calls a breeze Pros: What I like most about this software is the ability to share your screen with other attendees. The screenshare option is very straightforward and allows you to choose which display to show to others if you are using multiple screens. Allows direct conference meeting requests to be sent to each attendee and automatically adds the meeting to your calendar. Poor UX but good features Pros: Allows screen-sharing, displays location of the caller, lets you join calls using the same URL everytime based on the profile. Cons: UX is bad. Signup using LinkedIn does not work. Are they even testing their product? This bug has been there for like 4 months now and they still refuse to fix it. When a call starts, you have to choose the default audio and mic source every time. But it is very easy to miss out on the prompt to choose audio and video. Seriously underrated web conferencing software Pros: Everything. I don't know why more people do not use UberConference. I feel like it has been getting more popular after their recent update that added a lot of functionality. It's free for up to 10 callers, and although it has no video option, that's not usually required for business calls. One more conferencing solution, but no video Pros: Easy to use. Super easy to use. For both the host and the client, its almost brainless. Cons: Call quality is not great, nor reliable. They are constantly improving it, so maybe its great by the time you read this, but my experience has been spotty. Also, no camera. So if you need a video call, you have to go find another service. Good Tool for conference calls Pros: 1. Extremely simple to use with beautiful user interface. 2. Allows us to join the call (via links without Pass codes or through dialing) through a phone and share the screen data via desktop/laptop. 3. Can contact upto 10 persons for free of charge.
