Great for Conferencing With People Around the World Pros: What I liked most about UberConference is how it shows a map of where in the world the people you are chatting with are from. This came in handy when chatting with IBM Futurists from around the globe. Cons: The software name might cause some confusion between UberConference and the transportation app Uber. Overall: Overall I was thoroughly impressed with UberConference and they live up to their name as the best free conference call!
Perfect software for remote conferencing Pros: For our company we have offices located in multiple cites, and for us to keep in contact and keep up to date with the rest of our employees we use this conferencing software to get on regular calls. Such an easy to use product. Cons: Screen sharing can sometimes lag but and video quality isn't always the best but that could also be our internet quality. Overall: Overall love that we can have 10+ people on the call if we need to.
Best Conference Software Available Pros: Having a dedicated number and pin that never changes means we can present a professional face to our clients and reduce issues with dialing in for conferences. The consistent information makes connecting simple and the web based client makes monitoring calls easy. Free Version is Great, Paid is Even Better Pros: I use the free version of UberConference for meetings, conference calls, etc and LOVE it. The process of setting up a call and providing the other parties with contact info is simple, there are several great call features including chat and screenshare, and it's such a seamless way to host calls between 2 or more people! Underwhelmed by your current web conference software? Prepare to stay that way. Pros: It does what you'd expect it to do. It has all the modern conference features you'd expect. I always prefer conference software that doesn't require any downloads, which this doesn't, which is good. Cons: BUT it has nothing more. Great Voice chat tool Pros: Is aa great tool to do voice calls in has a free account part you dont have to pay to make an account and get a lot of fetures and invite others to join your conferences Cons: the only con I find is that is only voice system it needs the option of video to and that only the host can record the calls Overall: is a great tool to do interviews and record all the calls for reference and help the team of recruitment get better lesining to the records
Operate conferences quickly and easily Pros: I like how easy it is to set up and run a conference in a matter of minutes. Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike about UberConference at this time. Overall: I like using UberConference because it allows me to hold meetings without any hassle.
Best free conferencing software Pros: Unlike most others uberconference free plan is good enough for most business. it offers unlimited conference calls and also supports voice calls through the laptop(makes it easy to screen share as well as talk) Cons: To enable audio clients need to install chrome extension. Many large enterprises do not allow users to install third party software and it becomes a roadblock.
Best "Uber" Around Pros: This is the easiest software to use! Participants do not need to install anything prior to the meeting. Cons: If I had one wish, I wish that they would change their name. :( Overall: UberConference was a life saver for us. We needed a portable conferencing platform which was easy to understand for those who don't use teleconference systems everyday. This was the perfect fit at a great price for small business.
