My Favorite Screen Share/Call Tool! Pros: I love how simple it is to use. Whoever is getting on the call has an optional dial in number, along with just jumping right into the screen share with no issues at all. This sounds funny, but I also love that you can select and even upload your own hold music. It makes a big difference and is a great icebreaker when you jump on a call while the hold music is playing. Quick and easy to use, but very unreliable during demos Pros: no pin required, customer's weren't required to download anything either. That made it super simple from both sides to access and share screens Cons: You can't record the screen during calls, only the audio which was a big setback. Also, when sharing the screen, it affected the browser and cause things to slow down. Great way to connect for meetings. Pros: It is great at allowing for meetings and online training between our remote locations. The picture window is large and easy to see and the other persons screen. Cons: The call feature makes it difficult and the set up time is always excessive to get started. When we are in a rush it takes time away from the training.
Easy to Use Pros: Uber Conference is easy to use and very intuitive to understand from the very beginning, plus it has additional bells and whistles to appeal to tech junkies. Cons: I had some challenges with random static during connecting to callers, the help desk was very supportive in fixing my issues. Overall: It is a fabulous piece of software--a blend of easy and technology.

Great for screen sharing over conference calls Pros: This software has been great for times where we have a conference call with a client and need to share our screen. It has been a simple solution that has worked, because even clients have been able to figure it out. All they need to do is enter their name, no need to make an account, just follow the link that we email them. Cons: Feel like call quality is more clear and easier to do over the phone. Other than that, the service is pretty solid.
A webcast screencast video conferencing app that's generally slow in every way Pros: Yes, it's super easy to use, because it really doesn't do much. No pin #s needed and the price of basically nothing is great for anyone needing a quick, easy video conferencing tool Cons: It doesn't do much. Recording? Na. Want bugs? Sure has those - it can take a silly amount of time for things to start working, and much of the features like location-awareness and "who's talking now" feels like a silly afterthought.
Works as advertised Pros: It is easy to use, self-explanatory for a newbie to figure out without help. The icons are visible while being unobtrusive. I especially like the hold music. Cons: So far there hasn't been anything that I don't like. It performs just as well as its competitors. I haven't had a need to contact support so I can't comment on that. Overall: Quick and easy conferences via computer or phone.
Uberconference- ease of use is strength but struggles to run consistently Pros: I love how easy it is to use. No codes to dial, just dial the call in number. I also like that you can track how long each person in the conversation spoke- great for sales training. Cons: The call quality is very hit and miss, often goes in and out. Also, you can record audio but can't record the screen share, which is often requested. Overall: Easy to use screen share for demos.
