It is an elegant audio tool Pros: The sound quality is amazing and the ability to record and download my calls are just what I need for my business. Cons: I would like to give this a 5 however the mobile app isn't as easy to use as the desktop version. If you want to begin a call on the spot, the system isn't set up to do this. That said, I really like that the mobile app is available no matter where you are.
Great video conferencing solution that doesn't require downloading new software! Pros: I was invited to use Uberconference from a business contact and started using it myself since then. What I like most is that it has all the features of the other ones like Zoom, but the fact that you don't need to download anything makes a huge difference. Solid, Reliable, Works Great Pros: What is not to like. The system is incredibly slick. It makes conference calling, an otherwise horrible process simple and easy. Cons: I do not have any complaints to be honest. I have used many other types of conferencing software and Uber is far and away the best system on the market.
Quality Conference Line Pros: Setting up a conference line is incredibly easy. The audio quality is great and there is very little lag between when a person is talking and another person hears them. The hold music at the beginning is a hilarious song about a guy who is on a conference call line by himself and waiting for the other participants. Cons: As with all conference call lines, there is a slight delay between when you talk and the other person hears you.
Easy to use, professional Pros: I like using UberConference because it is easy to use and FREE. Their website is very simple to follow and use. Cons: It would be nice to have some of the paid features (like a toll-free number and international access) be part of the free package.
For old-school telephone/call-in group teaching up to 100 people, UberConference rocks. Pros: I love how easy it is to set up a phone conference for a small group. Email your list the call-in number and, at the appointed hour, get right to work. Cons: As Skype and Zoom are now dominating the conferencing universe, I've been found it necessary to educate attendees that they can just dial the number (no pin!) and join the call.
Conference calls and screen shares that work flawlessly Pros: I like the consolidated ability to have a direct dial number to establish a conference call and the integrated screen sharing capability. Cons: Would be nice to have a custom domain for branding and to improve the customization of outgoing emails. I have also noticed that international viewers (not in the US) can have a choppy connection when using Uberconference and Skype or Gotomeeting seems to work better. Easy to connect for international calls Pros: We have sister companies all over the world: Paris, Prague, Puerto Rico, you name it. With uberconference, we can easily connect with our counterparts. Cons: Occasionally we will have a bad connection and the other end can sound pretty fuzzy. Generally we check our wi-fi and connect to a different one and the problem is corrected. Overall: It makes ease of international communication better for the company as a whole.
Uberconference has been awesome for my sales team and I have used almost everything out there. Pros: Easy to use and easy for the client to get into the conference. Easy to record and share the screen. You don't have to download an extension you can just get right in. Cons: Sometimes the audio is weak when calling through the computer but if you use a phone it is great.
