Such a hassle and an extra step for clients who just want to screenshare or conference call. The Best Conferencing Apps Pros: Very easy for clients to join and connect to the software. They find it quick and easy to navigate the UI. The Quality of video sharing and audio is great and better than the competition. Cons: The hold music will get stuck in your head if you have conferences daily. You do have the option to turn it off if it bugs you too much.
Why Do Other Services Still Exist? Pros: -NO PASSCODE, you just dial a number... its magic. I can't understand why people still do it the other way with a passcode and host -Easy screen sharing -clear call quality Cons: -Costs money and google hangouts will prob catch up to the core product (the phone line) -Sometimes hard if you have back to back calls
Great conferencing option Pros: Really nice user experience and smooth call quality. I also like the call-in feature, and presentation modes. Cons: The app sometimes improperly displays my name, but I think that's an Android permission issue. Other than that, no real gripes!
Simple and Effective Conference Calls Pros: The user interface interface and call quality is consistently clean. Consistency and clarity, in my opinion, are the two most important aspects of conference call technology. Cons: Connecting through audio via the computer is generally more complicated than calling in through the phone at my desk. If the software could better detect which audio source to use, given previous usage, that would be ideal.
Replace your conference line with UberConference Pros: We host conference calls everyday, sometimes 3-10 conference calls every day. UberConference is perfect because it is cheap and easy - we get compliments all the time - there is no access code or pin! Cons: I can't think of anything. Great experience, lots of functionality Pros: The ability to have people just call in from their phone or log in from the computer and still see who is talking based on their access codes is very nice. Additionally, the ease of screen sharing is nice as you can share screens and see faces at the same time, rather than either/or like in Google Hangouts. One of the Best Conference Applications Pros: It is Easy to connect on mobile, tablet, and laptop. Good quality of voice and consistent performance makes it a winner in this category. Cons: There was nothing as such that was disturbing or annoying in the number of conferences I had from India with my clients in the US. Overall: Consistent quality performance that makes it a winner.
Good tool, and a free version is available Pros: I used Uber conference for a year or more when my then company did not pay for conference lines. During that time Uber Conference was my holy grail and allowed me to connect with clients, record calls, chat people addedon calls, etc all for free, and in a super easy app or website.
