My dog's trial day went well. I feel very comfortable boarding her here!
I have been going to Doggie District since it first opened. I have also brought my baby to the South Rainbow location but this one is my favorite!! The staff is amazing and always happy. The Manager is the best....I don't know how they got her but I am thankful they did! There is always coffee, water, and fresh fruit for the clients and dog treats for the babies....all at no charge. I'M STUCK BETWEEN A 3 - 4 STAR. I'm feeling it will get better because I'm hoping they will get better. My original doggy day care went out of business (Paradise Bay) and this was the closest to my house. I've always heard that 2 of the employee of my old day care worked there so it encouraged me to pick this place. I've been going to Doggie District since first getting my little Eddie. Back then, there was only one location (N. Rainbow). The staff and everything there was great. When the S. Rainbow location opened up, I started taking Eddie there - and it was a bit of a downgrade. Once this Silverado location opened, since it is so much closer to my house, I started taking Eddie here - and it is even more of a downgrade. Horrible place. The kid at the front desk had no clue what he was doing. Didn't know how to handle a dog. My dogs" is 1 and has never been to a daycare before so we came for evaluation day. My dog is kennel trained and listens pretty well. The first thing they wanted to do was immediately shove him into a kennel and then told me they stay in there and come out a few times a day for group play. I walked in for a tour and immediately felt a weird vibe. The people helping had no manners at all. As I was walking through I had noticed that the rooms were extremely dirty and the dogs did not seem happy at all. Specifically there was dried up dog excrements on some of the doors of the cages. We moved onto the other rooms and I noticed that many of the cages they have the dogs in are extremely rusted and do not seem like they have been adequately kept up. They are very unorganized, I have been here 10+ times for nail trimmings and only now they are saying if I don't bring in my full vet records they won't see me and saying this at the time of appointment and not the time of making the appointment. Wasted my time and my puppy didn't get her nails trimmed.. would not recommend

Made a appointment for full groom & when I got there the lady said I don't have any appointment. I was already disappointed the last time coz the groomer said she's so good & knows how to handle & groom. I only trust Chuck but then I gave it a try maybe she is good. There was hair longer & my dog looks awful. Never again will come back here. Wasted my time going & making an appointment for nothing. They keep changing staffs also.

For almost 3 months in the summer this last yr they had no air conditioning in the front of the facility. It was hot and they had multiple floor fans going. They leave the dogs alone at nite and put them at risk for the rest of the system in the back going out. The staff said the manager Preston only wanted one company to do the repairs but the company was too busy to come out was what the staff said.
