My pup Chip was seriously ill with a gastro problem. I was in shock. The staff was understanding,professional and empathetic. I was distraught. I could not understand simple directions. The team was kind and answered all of my questions. The treatment provided was exemplary. He is starting to feel better.

We always take our rough collies to the Dog and Cat ER in Laurel when we have emergencies vs the local ER Hospital in Annapolis. The Staff and docs know us well based on the many years of bringing our collies in for medical and surgical emergencies over that time. The Staff and surgeons are top notch, awesome, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in treating a wide array of emergency situations and performing complicated surgeries. The staff was friendly and professional and very kind to my dog. Dr Gellim took time to answer my questions and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate with us.
