I had a sudden hot water heater leak in my condo and needed help quickly. Donley AC & Plumbing responded professionally and helped replace my water heater without delay. Customer service is amazing quality is fabulous. We never had a problem. And we have the monthly maintenance charge, which is not a lot of money and we highly recommend.

Okay - we use Donley AC & Plumbing all the dang time. We love them. I probably haven't reviewed before, but we are about 12 years into our relationship with their service. We use them for all things plumbing and a/c service as well. They are so kind on the phone, and understanding when they arrive to fix whatever our issues may be. I wouldn't call anybody else!

Dan McNally of Donley is simply the best plumber on the planet. He is prompt and gives fair pricing. His work is well thought out, careful, and meticulous. a/c stopped working father's day about 4 pm not blowing cold air. at 113 degrees not good called an spoke to Nicky who said the technician had another call and would be there asap she kept me informed on his progress, showed up around 6 pm found out it was a frayed wire shorting out , he fixed it and done in 30 minutes he could have said it was anything but was honest glad i have them for my hvac service

My wife discovered a water stain on the lower part of the wall behind the toilet in our master bathroom. At 7:53 AM I called Donley AC & Plumbing to arrange for a plumber to investigate. I was put on the schedule immediately and at 9:09 AM I received a call from Dan telling me he'd been assigned to my case and would arrive within 20-30 min. He arrived about 18 min later. I have used Mike King from Donley A/C for twice a year Summer & Winter to clean my unit and get it ready for each season! He has always done outstanding work & I'll keep on using him at least as long as he stay's there! They are an outstanding company as far as I'm concerned! A little expensive but, well worth it (they do the job right) the first time! I should know (because) I was an A/C man myself until my retirement! Worked for Marriott!
I needed help pricing HVAC units and the comfort care team was so helpful and responsive. What a terrific group of people.
