It was dim and dirty and smelled bad, the trailer. When I asked if I could see the surgical suite and how do they sterilize between dogs, the person looked confused. I said to refund my money. They tried to charge me differently than what was quoted, and under pressure, standing inside a dark doorway with no seats or table for examining my pet just here hand us your pet to cut on after you hand us money to do it without seeing a thing behind the curtain. I signed up right away for a appointment for the April 25th Preppy Pet Location in Tempe as "Going". at the time I signed up, it was listed 2 as "Going". I left a message 4/20, 4/22 & 4/23 stating the time I needed to get my companion dog Henri Henry in at 9:30 am. I get a call today 4/23 at 3:38 pm saying they have a 12:30 pm appt or a 10 am the earliest.
