After seeing the good reviews, we decided to get our dog spayed. We took her on a Tuesday, it went okay, and the next couple days she slept most of the time. On Sunday, she started having some kind of discharge that was coming out. Monday morning, we called the mobile vet and sent them pictures of the area and they said they would get a prescription in since it looked like an infection. A little before 5 I tried calling and texting to see if it was ever sent. Tuesday morning they text that there some confusion if I was going... read more

Never called me back or emailed me back. I wouldn't waste my time with them again because they don't return inquiries in a timely manner. Its been 7 days and 2 attempts. I had to go to another vet. I guess if you have months to wait and don't care about your pet then maybe they will call you back but you wont know and by then it could be to late.

Dr. Kelly's mobile service has a great text messaging system to help you book your appointments. You can call to check the status of your pet. The lady informed me that he was doing great and in the kennel. They did an excellent job on my dogs teeth. However, his appointment was at 8:30am and they didn't finish with him until 3:30. When they returned him to me he had a Large dry piece stuck to his butt. I understand that they are a pet hospital and not a doggie hotel or daycare, but when you have a pet that long you could ... read more

Took my small Morkie in on 11/24 for bladder stone surgery and they NEUTERED my dog on accident. They stated "they entered into the system wrong" no real apology about it and after they realized he was there for bladder stone surgery they but him back under anesthesia to do the bladder stone surgery. They did a real messy job , they cut my 11 pound morkie any-which way. They also still made me pay for the bladder stone surgery even after they neutered my dog on accident. Again just said sorry and took a small amount off the ... read more

A complete scam, I do not trust Dr. Kelly's mobile vet after my experience, and I will not be going back. I had called months ago for a quote for a cleaning for my one and a half-year-old Chihuahua. He has not had a teeth cleaning before due to his young age, so I did not know what to expect at first. I called the clinic and they had quoted $250-$350 for a cleaning. They also took a $50 deposit. Come the day of, they add what they say are necessary add-ons, but if they are truly necessary for the pets welfare why wouldn't th... read more

Business response:

We are very sorry for the miss communication here. It is unlike us to provide a $100 window for a dental estimate ($250-$350) and we are sorry if we failed to do that per our internal guidelines. It is more our practice to provide a $200 window like $250-$450 for a young small dog like Charlie. Mouth disease for small dogs can settle in fairly quick and it is not unusual to need extractions early on. With the additional vaccines and optional medications you ordered your bill was indeed $500 but our quote would typically be f... read more

Had 7am appointment for feline teeth cleaning. Dr was late by 15 minutes and took another 15 minutes to set up. Staff took my cat at 7:30am to start cleaning. Witnessed another small dog (off leash / no carrier ) taken in at same time. Also witnessed staff coming in and out of unit leaving door partially open / not fully closed. Was told 2-2:30 hours for procedure. Returned at 9:30 am to find feline teeth cleaning had not even began. My cat had been sitting in carrier for over two hours while doctor prioritized other surge... read more

No xrays for dentals. All teeth that look bad are removed. Some with roots remaining, called level 4 or level 1 on their bill. Called a crown amputation by other vets. None of this is was explained to me. In my dog, the roots left caused the need for another dental just 7 months later. I feel I'm paying double. The pricing is misleading only approved by you after you pet is put under. Don't take your pets here for anything major.

I had my dogs teeth cleaned a few years ago and they did a great job. The only reason I brought my new dog back. Had I known the quality of the dental cleaning was not up to par, I would have gone elsewhere. My dogs back teeth were still dirty and her breath still smells. I took her back so they can inspect her mouth and was told by the veterinarian all looks good and it's normal for dogs to have bad breath and we should be cleaning their teeth two times a day. They certainly took my money but did half the job. Half ass job.

Chop shop. Please, if you love your animals do not take them here. I had my dogs spayed on June 1st. About an hour after we dropped off our dogs we received a phone call from the Vet saying my completely healthy 2 year old boxer was bleeding out and they didn't know what happened but she didn't think she would recover she went on to tell me when she cut into the abdomen their was "copious amounts of blood " The vet was panicked and wanted us to come get her right away to take her to the emergency vet. I was in shock and very... read more
