No xrays for dentals. All teeth that look bad are removed. Some with roots remaining, called level 4 or level 1 on their bill. Called a crown amputation by other vets. None of this is was explained to me. In my dog, the roots left caused the need for another dental just 7 months later. I feel I'm paying double. The pricing is misleading only approved by you after you pet is put under. Don't take your pets here for anything major.

I had my dogs teeth cleaned a few years ago and they did a great job. The only reason I brought my new dog back. Had I known the quality of the dental cleaning was not up to par, I would have gone elsewhere. My dogs back teeth were still dirty and her breath still smells. I took her back so they can inspect her mouth and was told by the veterinarian all looks good and it's normal for dogs to have bad breath and we should be cleaning their teeth two times a day. They certainly took my money but did half the job. Half ass job.

Chop shop. Please, if you love your animals do not take them here. I had my dogs spayed on June 1st. About an hour after we dropped off our dogs we received a phone call from the Vet saying my completely healthy 2 year old boxer was bleeding out and they didn't know what happened but she didn't think she would recover she went on to tell me when she cut into the abdomen their was "copious amounts of blood " The vet was panicked and wanted us to come get her right away to take her to the emergency vet. I have used this clinic several times for surgery or dental cleaning, for multiple pets. In fact, it's why I came back this week to schedule my dog for her annual dental cleaning. I was grossly disappointed in this experience though. I texted to ask to book an appointment last week. I was told the usual information that $50 was due at the time of scheduling an appointment and to contact them when I was able to do so. 4 days later on payday, I did just that. I got NO response! My baby got her spay done this week. Afterwards, she was not doing well and I reached out to Dr. Kelly's staff for assistance. I texted and called a few times and left a messages and received no response. This is very concerning as this is suppose to be a business that cares about animals, which is so not the case. I would never recommend them to take care of a grasshopper let alone a cat or dog.

My experience with Dr Kelly's Mobile Vet service started great but sadly did not end that way! I am disappointed that they did not answer nor return my phone call the day after our dog's neutering. Thankfully it was not an emergency, but a question pertaining to my dog's level of anxiety over the anesthesia wearing off. I guess you get what you pay for ... and my next pet will not get Dr Kelly's Mobile Vet service!!

While looking for dental cleaning options for my Lab, I was pleasantly surprised when I ran across Dr. Kelly's mobile vet services. Dental cleaning was advertised as $250 with $10-50/each for tooth extractions and medicine. However, when I inquired about making an appointment, I was quoted to $350-$650 for this cleaning session. We recently had our lab spayed by Dr. Kelly's clinic. The initial scheduling was very easy and convenient. They had quoted us a very specific price with the details very well specified including the cost for the weight of 61-80lbs being $110. When my wife dropped our dog off she was told there may be an obese charge even though she weighed 79lbs so within the 61-80lb requirements. I had to select a star to post this, they don't deserve it!!! Well hell, after a week of struggles with my little dog and his dental extractions, I really think somehow his back was injured. And I know it wasn't injured before he went to Dr Kellys Mobile Vet!!! This is not going well. I would stay away from this mobile vet!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could prove they hurt my baby!!!
