My nose has swelled down but one side is still bigger than the other. I’m hoping it’s just uneven swelling. Not judging my nose just yet considering it’s too soon and a lot can change

Swelling has been pretty bad. Had a feeling I was going to get like this. My nostrils look really uneven and my nose is going to one side. Is this bc of swelling or should I be concerned?

After 22 years of hating my nose and researching different doctors I've finally booked my surgery with Dr.G. I had a virtual consultation with him on April 8, 2020 and scheduled my surgery for October 19, 2020. I've looked at many doctors before and after pictures and never really loved their work until I came across Dr. G. I'm very excited and pray for a beautiful functional nose.

I m so happy I got my nose done with dr Grigriaynts! He's so professional and didnt event need a description of kinda nose I want, he told me everything he was thinking to do himself and it matched my desires exactly! My nose looks so natural, no one can tell I got it done cause it looks so natural and perfect for my face! So grateful!!!

I'm beyond impressed by Dr. Grigoryants demeanor and professionalism (staff was also friendly and approachable). He was so calm and matter-of-fact about what needed to be done in my consultation, which really put me at ease and solidified my confidence in his ability. I can tell he has an "artists eye" which is another reason I decided to go with him... he really picked up on every detail I wanted to address. Now the countdown begins!

Just learned recovery isn't over lol @ me! Sleeping last night was still difficult. Not as bad as it would have been if I had the cast on, but still not comfortable because I couldn't breathe out of my nose. Woke up with dryyyyyy mouth, and my nose stuffed with blood/gunk. No wonder it feel so congested - there's so much in there. I "irrigated" my nose with water a few times (warm water, using a baby medicine syringe thing) and put a twisted tissue to clear as much out as I could without overdoing it. NOTHING is more satisfying than cleaning out a big piece of whatever gunk is still inside my nose lol (carefully of course!) Everyday my breathing gets better. I was nervous about my breathing still not being 100% (did he mess up my nostril?! is that a huge chunk of scar tissue!?). After reading other reviews, feeling my breathing improve each day, and continuing to clear out lots of mucus/stitches I realize I was 1000% over reacting! With cast removal comes relief! I'm not completely able to breathe through my nose, but I can definitely breathe better. Removing my cast, splits, and stitches took less than 5 minutes and was pretty painless. Next up - taping every night, pressing on a spot on my nose for 10 seconds 3/day, and icing to keep the swelling and bruising down. I'm really happy with my result so far and can't wait to continue watch the swelling go down.
