I met with Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants today and I felt so comfortable with him. He seems like a very nice guy and his work is absolutely amazing!!! I'm so excited to get my nose done with him because to me he's just the best out there ! I was put on a waiting list for a surgery to get a sooner date because I didn't want to wait until October so I'm basically almost scheduled !!!

today is day 2 of recovery. I got out of the hospital at 4:00 pm yesterday. No pain, just discomfort thank god. the only pain i have is a slight headache that feels sorta like a head cold and my throat hurts a little. Im still getting used to breathing through my mouth but sometimes i forget which isnt good cuz breathing through my nose will mess up my stitches i believe. Sleeping last night was awful. MAYBE got 3 hours in... I have to sleep sitting up with a neck pillow and i stacked about 3 pillows behind me. My back hurts... read more

Day three post op and I still feel good. My face feels swollen but it appears to have transitioned down to my cheeks. I still feel no pain which is good. I still have drainage from my nose and discomfort when swallowing. Anxious to see the end result!

I had my splints removed today on day 4 and I am so happy with the results despite the swelling and healing that is to come. It was not as painful as I thought but my eyes did get really watery. I can’t wait to keep updating on progress. I still can’t blow my nose until 5 more days.

Today is day 5 post op and I can’t believe how quickly the days are passing by. Seeing the progress on my surgery makes me so excited and happy I did this. Yes, I have a long way of healing but I am so hopeful to see the fully healed nose. I recommend this to anyone that is thinking about it that feels they need it.

Day two post op, I feel good. Still no pain just my throat still feels irritated when I swallow anything. I was able to give myself a sponge bath today and the bruising swelling is going down. I am excited to see the progress in the next few days specially when my splints are removed.

Today is day 6 post op and progress is still going. There is still much swelling on my cheeks and nose which make my face feel really tender. My throat pain is slowly going away. I still feel congestion on my nose and can’t wait to breathe though it again. I wore make up to see if it made a difference and it sure did, I look alive yet not myself just yet. :)

Wow I never thought this day would come. I've wanted a nose job for over a decade. This is truly a dream come true and I hope my nose comes out as expected or at least better then what it looked like before. My cast does look crooked but I'm guessing that's bc my nose was swollen when he put it on. Pics of my nose a couple hours after surgery.

I’m not sure if one side of my nose is more swollen than the other or if it’s just uneven. I do like my side view, I hope my front view heals up better
