Truly an artist. Where do I begin? I've always disliked my nose/side profile and heard about Dr. Grigoryants from television shows, friends, etc. I go to school five minutes away from his office/live close to it, so I figured why not schedule a consultation for rhinoplasty. I went to his office in September of 2020 and knew he could give me the nose I have always wanted. Consult was quick but he is super sweet and oddly enough kind of humorous. I had a surgery date set for mid-January 2021 (This was the earliest). Fast forwa... read more

I also forgot to mention I am a 24 y/o male lol. Alright here is the update: This is what I wanted! Some slope, upturn, smaller nose. The cast came off six days post op., I am in love! Still extremely swollen and my nose is definitely a little wider than usual but its partially my fault since I left the tape on my nose a little too long. I have one really important thing to mention for this update: Be specific in what you want out of the surgery! Show pictures of noses you like! let me know what you think. -A

I got my cast removed today and I’m SO happy with results ???? Even though my nose and entire face (mostly my cheeks) are swollen, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted and more. I still can’t breathe out of my nose as expected. My goodness though...when they said getting the stitches removed from the outside of my nostrils hurt - they meant it. The most painful thing I’ve experienced in a long time. It’s been the only hard part about the whole experience. Mine hurt extra because I ha... read more

Hi everyone! I am now 1 day post op from my rhinoplasty with Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants. I am sharing some before photos and some maybe graphic photos so *warning*! So far it was a successful surgery. It was a smooth process. The doctor and nurses were amazing and sweet. No pain at all today! I only took one pain pill before bed last night just as a preventative measure, but not because I needed it. Staying on top of icing so bruising doesn't get worse. Bruising seems to be steady. Breathing out of my mouth is also not nearly ... read more

Surgery went well, I got to go back to my Airbnb an hour or two after getting out. The staff were all so sweet especially the person who took care of me after the surgery. When I got out I wasn’t that swollen just a little purple under the eyes. Only thing I had to complain about yesterday was that the pain meds they gave me were the worst and gave me a lot of anxiety so I stopped taking those and took Tylenol instead. I can feel a bit of pain in the incisions that were made but nothing too crazy, I would say it is a 3 on a ... read more

Hey guys! My cast removal was today and let me say I am so happy with my results. I was worried that getting my cast and splits removed would hurt but everything was so painless. I didn’t even feel when my stitches were taken out! Anyways, I am experiencing a bit of asymmetrical swelling on my right side, and the nostril is a bit bigger than the other but Dr. G reassured me that this will fix once the swelling goes down so I will just have to be patient with that one. I’m going to be taking my arnica pills and drinking arnic... read more

Hey guys I have a question for those who have had their rhinoplasty done already. Does the tip go down after a while? I feel like my tip is a bit upturned, I’m not sure if it looks like this because of the swelling?
