Poor quality Not sure this is really a Brother drum since it has put streaks on my papers from installation.
Drum receives errors almost immediately The product is east to install, however, the last two drums I have purchased have started generating messages on my computer to "Replace the drum". My first drum that came with the printer lasted well over a year and the last two combined, less than 3 months, with no change in the amount of printing I do. Maybe I have been unlucky and gotten two lemons. Brother should replace these at no charge.
BUYER BEWARE! YOU MAY BE GETTING A CHINESE KNOCK-OFF OF THE REAL THING I bought this drum and installed it 10-4-2017. Today is 4-28-2018 and the drum is bad. Leaks, streaks and lines. This is supposed to be a genuine Brother toner but it is trash. Somehow they are buying inferior quality products and putting them into genuine looking boxes with markings. I now suspect I am dealing with a Chinese knock-off. Worked well for six months then suddenly crapped out. TRASH!

One Star The drum went out in a week and stopped working.
This drum lasted 4 months before it went out and ... This drum lasted 4 months before it went out and required us to replace it again for the 2nd time.
