Where is my refund? Credit should be shown on the credit card but I don't see any credit. Please check.
Defective product I ordered this replacement cartridge a few months before I needed it so I would be ready. When the printer called for the replacement, the replacement cartridge is defective and my printer will not recognize it. My "window for return" is closed, so I am out $120.00.
Only 90 day warranty - terrible customer support I run a small law office and have two brother printers that use the same toner and drum units. I like to have at least one spare on hand if anything were to stop working. I purchased in April 2019. I did not open the box or packaging until January 6 2020 to install. The drum is defective and a call to Brother's tech support ended with no resolution. The warranty runs from date of purchase and they were not willing to assist in any way.

Print Quality for the money is the worst! You'd think for the price you pay for a genuine Brother product, their quality control would be up to PAR but sadly the last two drums I have purchased are the worst. I was forced to use an off market brand and what a difference in the pint clarity with NO ink dots all over the pages. Brother should be ashamed of selling this product at a premium cost!
Return deadline date was 30 days from purchase. Stopped working on day 41. This product normally lasts us a year or two. We received it on October 28, 2019. We did not install it until the middle of November. On December 9th, it has an error message saying it is not a genuine Brother product and is asking us to replace the drum.
Beware. Seems like a copy-cat product. This is NOT a good item. I wonder, as others have said, if this is a genuine Brother product?? I bought mine a few weeks ago. Now my printer is giving me an error saying that it's time to change the drum again. I've only printed about 150 pages.

it's not original Be careful! I bought this one only lasted for ~4 months. The original one with the printer lasted 1.5 years. You never know who the vendors are on Amazon!
