Did not yield 1/10 of what is claimed Mine did not yield 1/10 of what is claimed. Total waste of money. Very frustrating.

Did not last that long I purchased this drum 3 months ago and my documents are already fading on the left side. For $123.00 this should last me at least 8 months as I know, I had the manufactured drum and that is how long that drum lasted.
Defective Ink This Ink was defective. The cartridge came empty. We did not know until we bought an ENTIRE new printer. Now I can't return neither the printer nor the cartridge. We are in the hole $600!!! complete waste of money and time. Will not purchase again.
Only got 3000 pages out of two cartridges. Do not buy. They are pieces of crap.
Overpriced Part The retail price set by Beother is overvalued. Aftermarket products that work just as well but Brother has a recognition feature that identifies a non-Brother product if you are printing a file from the internet (let's call it Big Brother) and rejects your print command. I didn't know this until after I purchased my printer. I will never again purchase a Brother product
Chinese counterfeit This is supposed to be a genuine Brother toner but it is an inferior quality product that lasted less than 4,000 pages. Worked well for less than six months then went bad. This is garbage.
Go to the office store. Don’t buy here This drum left marks all over documents. We run a notary business out of our home, so we’re printing anywhere from 200-over 1,000 pages of legal documents a day, five to six days a week. The drum we buy at Office Depot always prints beautifully, and yields a ton of pages (we’ve replaced it once in the year we’ve run this business).
