Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. I would not mind staying again. Overall my experience was great!

It wasn’t terrible. I hadn’t heard good things going in as this was our first time staying but overall I wasn’t displeased. The noodle restaurant was closed due to staff shortages, the panel in the elevator wasn’t secured, the room was okay, view was amazing though, and I enjoyed my time at the Casino. Plank to stick to the other side of the river from now on.

Nice transport with light rail to baseball stadium. Onsite casino. Front desk attendants were rude, indifferent with attitudes regarding customer service. Had to wait for a room. Basically, took DL, credit card and threw room key on counter. Poor customer service!

The room was not super clean. There was dust all over the side tables on the alarm clock on the phone. On the chair. The windows were filthy. The pool is tiny and looks like it needed cleaned. The area is not the safest.

Pros: good price, clean, friendly staff. Best view of the Arch & downtown in the city. Cons: Rooms have motel-style AC that are extremely noisy. Non-existent food/drink options around the hotel. Only in the adjacent casino.
