It's a shame Check in was quick and easy. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with toilet (it was loose and rocking) as well as a hard and sticky stain on the rug. Unfortunately, we were already settled in for the night when we noticed these things. Maintenance was sent up to fix the toilet and was only able to give it a temporary fix. We were offered another room, but it was getting very late (10:30 pm?) and we were exhausted so we stayed. The stay overall was good. Just the a/c was not working as great as we had hoped.

Traumhafter Blick auf Saint-Louis Unser Zimmer hatte einen herrlichen Blick auf Saint-Louis und den Gateway Arch, der auch zu Fuß in nur 20 Minuten erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer war neu und sehr sauber.

Staff wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude either. Just didn’t feel welcoming. The room needed update as well as the other areas of the hotel I seen. No breakfast and the coffee wasn’t anything to speak of
