We like this property because it is close to the MetroLink. Easy to get to activities downtown. The hotel chatges a $100 deposit that is like pulling teeth to get back. Our room was a king on the 2nd floor. The room was clean but the mattress was way too firm. The air conditioner was extremely loud and woke us up multiple times overnight.

There were some rambunctious families on our floor which caused some inconvenience for us. The hotel staff were able to manage it eventually by speaking to them but that was after an hour of all that noise late night. The area didn't seem very safe to be outside even within the complex of this place. They said they microwaves available and led us to believe that it was available in the rooms. They actually had only one 80s microwave oven in the common room and none in the rooms which was very annoying since we made our food ... read more
