Staff was not very courteous and seemed like I was a bother to them to check in and out. No cleaning service so everything had to go through the service desk.

Very nice, welcoming staff. Room carpet was badly stained and had a bad odor. The bedding and bathroom were clean. Just needs updating but it was decent for the price. I don’t recommend using the shuttle. We could have walked back from the stadium in the time it took for the shuttle to show up after the game. The metro station is at the end of the hotel parking lot. I recommend using the metro instead of the shuttle. The loop for the shuttle takes 15-20 minutes on average. We agree the metro is a great (and cheap option) as well.
