the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was big and comfortable. the metra rail is a short distance away from the hotel, which made our trips to the convention center extremely easy. would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed It was ok. I was told there was a list of restaurants, but they didn't have it. I asked where a good place to eat was and they directed me to the Casino, whoch gave me a steak when I ordered pulled pork. Not very friendly or helpful.

Hotel was fine. The only issue is they don't clean rooms until you check out, not during your stay. Also, wish they had breakfast available,but they don't.
