Was very surprised to receive an email three days before my arrival saying they would not be cleaning my room until I checked out. I feel they should give you an option to ask to have your room cleaned. When you ask for towels, they gave them to you with no problem. The front desk staff should familiarize regarding transportation or have a van to take guest to America's Center. John & Kathy's great adventure Room was decent for the price. Convienent for Card's game. However, no USB ports for charging phones or breakfast in the AM.
