No Breakfast No breakfast only coffee, the tv in the room was small, no usb charging on nightstand, elevator button panel looked like it was going to fall off. NO BREAKFAST!!!!

Stayed for 2 nights Apr 20-22, 2024. Hotel room had nice view of river and Arc. Train was conveniently located. Shuttle service for the game was nice to have. Floors were dirty. Only 1 elevator was working, at peak times would take up to 10 mins.Was charged a deposit of $142USD. Been almost 2 weeks and still have not received my deposit back. Tried calling their number but doesnt seem to connect. $142USD seems pretty steep for a deposit and would like it back!

Great place and location. Took the Metro over to the Arch so no driving and parking in the city was needed.
