Staff on check in were very nice and friendly, I guess that would be 2nd shift. 3rd shift not so friendly. It would have been nice to have fresh coffee available.Â

The employees were all super friendly and helpful. Nice surprise that this hotel provided a free shuttle to the cardinal games. It’s separate from the casino so there’s not a lot of activity thankfully. (Half the food options at the casino weren’t open so that was a downer but again, separate from hotel - but those are the only nearby options so wanted to note that.) We love staying at Casino Queen! It is a bit outdated but the staff and convenience make up for that. They provide a free shuttle to the ballgames and being next to Draft Kings is the reason we chose to stay here.Â
