Really like this hotel for a place to crash right across the river from St Louis and you can see the Arch right out the window. But it is remote and you can't walk anywhere but the casino. We knew all that when booking and really liked it. Very nice staff.

Casino Queen Hotel Stay My stay at Casino Queen Hotel Stay was great. The staff was welcoming and helpful. You can get a room with a nice view of the Arch. It is next to the casino that had a few food places inside as well as close to downtown area. Only complaints is the shower was like a spray park and only one elevator worked.

Well first of all sites listing rooms should be aware of or make their customers aware of the $100 deposit required at check in. When we got there and took care of deposit they checked us in to a room that when we got to the room had a do not disturb sign on door and people in the room. So after going back to front desk to get a different room while my family waited in the 4th floor hallway we got settled only to wait 20 minutes for every elevator ride as only one of the 2 elevators worked. I was nervous about staying at a casino property, this was a great, clean basic room with all of the amenities you would expect.
