Amazon is great! Brother? Not so much Unfortunately Brother does not make software for Mac. The scanner itself works, But you cannot scan to computer, just scan to SD card, take it out and view doc on computer with a card reader. I am sooo frustrated with Brother for this!!! So I threw this one away and I’ll buy the Epson scanner that I know works with Mac

Battery The battery died, I can't find a new battery in amazon. How can I order a new one.
Very pleased, and lots of bells and whistles This is my first Brother product, and I bought it after hearing a lot of good things about Brother printers. I'm not disappointed. It does its job quickly, quietly, and well. It was clearly built by technologists, and has lots of little nerdy touches, like being able to change all the settings from the control panel instead of having to use an app. It has a little web server so you can download images from your LAN. Capricieuse mais fait la job correctement Fonctionne bien et la qualité me convient. Le seul hic est que je trouve qu'il y a souvent un problème lors du scan ce qui empêche de scanner le document et je dois ouvrir le capot pour retirer la feuille et recommancer. Je dirais capricieuse comme mot. Mais fait la job.
Software issue Simple to use. I had to reinstall the software 2 times because it stopped working
love, love, love this item! I have a very expensive photo-copier/printer, but the scanner on it was just meh.....this sits right in front of my on my desk, it's wireless and when I want to scan something, I just zip the document through quickly. Cannot rate this highly enough, six stars!
If it works with your system very good buy. Very good investment but it was incompatible with my system.
