Item opened by Amazon? My item box was not damaged. However, the factory seal sticker on the side was obviously cut and opened, then another sticker was placed over it. Did I get a refurbished unit instead of new???? Why is the original sticker cut???????
It Work Sometimes It only works about 75% of the time. Sometimes the receipt runs through the scanner 90% of the way then hangs up and blinks. Other times the feed refuses to take the paper. I signed up for their web site and registered the scanner, but every time I have tried to access my account (8 time one night before I gave up and 5 times tonight) I even tried to set up another account and couldn't get the web site to accept my entries. Poor product and poor support. I regret not buying a "Neat" scanner
Falls short of expectations As an insurance agent I often find myself on the road and in need of scanning and uploading documents out in the field. I was really looking forward to a device that would work wirelessly with my android tablet. Unfortunately this just doesn't cut it. It acts as a wifi pass through. It connects to my wifi hotspot, and my tablet connects to the scanner and can access the internet... it frequently derps out in reality. Dissapointing ... I purchased the DS920DW to replace a Brother DSMobile 600. There are a few things I'd like to point out to prospective buyers of this device that they may not understand. 1. This scanner cannot be wirelessly interfaced with interactive scanning software on a computer. Rather, you scan to the included SD card and then transfer the images over wireless to your PC as a separate operation.
