Not the right one for me I never could get it to work. I returned it.
Two Stars The scanner was packaged with a damaged calibration sheet. My scans are blacked out.
Stops working, connection is poor worked ok then stopped. I reloaded the driver. Still does not work. Connection cable and port are poorly made and flimsy after minimal use.
Thoroughly disappointed. The connection is not stable. Not worth the price/features. Thoroughly disappointed.
Too much time needed for proper scanning. This scanner is just pain in the back if you have Mac at least. An essential feature i'm looking for is OCR, and this product does it in the worse possible way !
AVOID: DOES NOT LAST This was fiddly about feeding paper when I first got it, Now, after less than a year, it won't scan and won't calibrate. A very shoddy product.

Design flaw - USB connector will break eventually While it was working it was great and very handy. However it has a major design flaw. The micro-USB port is just held on with the solder to the circuit board and with repeated plugging and unplugging the connector will break off inside which then makes it a fancy paperweight since you will no longer be able to connect it to the computer or charge it.
Do not buy this product Extremely Difficult to Use. The included software's font size is so small that it's extremely hard to read. And the Operating Manual is so hard to digest and it doesn't answer questions like "how to create templates" "how to duplex and identify vendors". I also wanted to create spreadsheets for various types of documents. I would not recommend this product unless you are highly versed in scanning technology and have excellent vision, or a very good magnifying glass..
