I had my dryer vent cleaned. It is located on my second floor and in the center of my house. The vent is about 20 feet in length. They removed the dryer hose and used a vacuum to suck out any lint, then used a brush from the exterior of the house to pull any other debris.It was a great experience. He was punctual and efficient.
Jan.3, 2012 We had Ductz come to service our home to clean out all our ducts and vents in our house.They were here for a few hours like they said they would, and were here on time for their 8:30am appointmentin the 27years of owing our home and never had the ducts cleaned or serviced, and all I can say is wow, want a difference from the before and after pictures.Even the air quality in our home is so much better. Complete cleaning and deodorizing of our HVAC system. The previous owners were heavy smokers and we wanted the ductwork cleaned to help eliminate the smoke odor.The team arrived on time and were very professional. They spent some time going over what they were going to be doing and what to expect. T.he cleaning went very well including dis-assembly of the furnace fan to clean smoke residue off the fan. All air ducts cleaned as well as the dryer vent.I have no doubt I hired the best for the job. Ductz was more expensive than other estimates I received, however all other companies wanted to schedule for a 2 hour time slot whereas Ductz required much longer. I found from scheduling until the cleaning was completed they were both helpful and professional. They cleaned from 9:00 am through 3:00 pm. Used vaccum system to create suction then duct by duct and system by system introduced a cleaning probe with a spinning head to remove and free up any materials accumulated over the years and even from original construction.Digital photo provided before and after to show completed product.
