Cleaned heat/AC ducts. Cleaned dryer duct.Fantastic experience. When I called to make an appointment there was no answer. I did not leave a voice mail but within thirty minutes using caller ID Jason returned my call. We set up an appointment for 8 am Thursday. I think they got to my house early and sat in the truck until 8 because at exactly 8 am they knocked on the door.I showed Jason around the house and we identified all the heat ducts while his crew started bringing in the equipment. Ductz was professional and thorough at every step of the process. Everything was fully explained in advance and an on-site estimate (as requested but not mandatory) was accomplished quickly. They were flexible with scheduling and we were actually able to get the work done the following day, including a custom duct repair that was needed. The crew was professional, courteous, and thorough. They did a great job and I will recommend their service to anyone that needs it.

The heating system was cleaned after it was found to have mold in it during a home inspection. The ducts throughout the home were also cleaned.We are selling our townhome and as a result of the home inspection, some mold was found in the furnace. I called Ductz for an estimate. I made an appointment with Ductz to provide an estimate to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. Scott Jaison showed up on time for the appointment. We discussed the occupants of the house (animals, allergies, etc) He inspected the air ducts and told me they were not dirty enough to require cleaning. I really appreciate Scott's honesty. He thought I could go several more years before having them cleaned. We had an issue with our dryer that was causing condeensation to leak on the floor. The dry was very new and we called the warranty company. They told us that the dryer was fine but the line was clogged with lint and had to be cleaned professionally. it was clear there was a stoppage in the line when no air came out of the vent when the dryer was on. Duct cleaning complete including registers, returns and main trunk along with plenum and air handlerI was tempted to clip a coupon for a $99.00 or $300 duct cleaning service but feared I would get upcharged to death. Excellent workThe crew was courteous, thorough and neat. The job took seven hours! It wasn't cheap, but be careful when you get this work done. I shopped around. A lot of places will quote $200 - $300 and tell you the job will take 1 - 2 hours. If so, it's not worth it. A good cleaning is not a quick process.I strongly recommend Ductz.
