It was not Kevin as much as it was the inept mortgage processors Obvious that they could not read a P/L My liquid coverage to debris 15 to 1 Lacked organization they just kept creating question submit what they requested and then they would ask for several more trivial items Very very unprofessional and poorly trained I assigned the process to my accounting group my VP of Administration and they were both frustrated With both the lack of structure and the lack understanding understandi
Because I'm self employed, getting a mortgage is more complicated than the usual. I went to 2 other financial institutions that both promised to get it done, but failed. Quicken loans was able to deliver where others could not.
I was told that money would be given to my co-owner Sam McGaw. That didn’t happen. Now I have to make arrangements to pay him. I was told my house payment would be a little over $800. It’s not a little over $1000. I never talked to Nancy Bayat. I’m not sure why I was sent a survey for her.
My sister went through a refi with a different company 3 months before I started mine. Hers took 7 to 8 months. The people hardly communicated to her and she was in the dark a lot. I didn't have any of those expenses. You guys were always available, you always answered my phone calls and I always knew where we were in the process.
I’d give ZERO stars if I could. My future plans are all screwed up and my guy “doesn’t know what happened” Yes, I should have caught the mistakes, but these are the “professionals”??? (I did catch one of the mistakes, but that wasn’t even fixed before closing) I heartily recommend looking elsewhere

Daryl is the one you want handling your mortgage. Another lender dropped the ball and he picked up right where she left off! He is honest and upfront. No games and no miscommunication. Thanks Daryl
False advertisement, poor communication and I have no idea who Nancy Bayat is. I worked with Eric and Erika.
honest communication poor service!!!!!
Won’t touch E-Mortgage Capital on any further transactions. Not because of the team that worked the details of my refinance, as they were good, but for the loan officer/Vice-President (Steve Lopez) and the CEO (Joe Shalaby). Steve Lopez made the verbal/written promises of $500 discount after closing. I closed on 3 March 2021 and after 9 emails and countless calls over two months regarding the $500 discount all I got was repeated lies and deceit. Steve Lopez’s excuses included: it’s being approved, check is in the mail, w... read more
