In the end when you knew that I have no choice I was treated like I was worthless. I asked for the discount that you agreed to give before appraisal you denied giving anything. All the lenders had agreed to reimburse for the appraisal cost, which I requested from you and it was very disappointing to hear your response. when I took such a big loan it should have been considered. I didn't even bargain for the points that you added when my LTV went down.

Because I'm self employed, getting a mortgage is more complicated than the usual. I went to 2 other financial institutions that both promised to get it done, but failed. Quicken loans was able to deliver where others could not.
I was told that money would be given to my co-owner Sam McGaw. That didn’t happen. Now I have to make arrangements to pay him. I was told my house payment would be a little over $800. It’s not a little over $1000. I never talked to Nancy Bayat. I’m not sure why I was sent a survey for her.
My sister went through a refi with a different company 3 months before I started mine. Hers took 7 to 8 months. The people hardly communicated to her and she was in the dark a lot. I didn't have any of those expenses. You guys were always available, you always answered my phone calls and I always knew where we were in the process.
I’d give ZERO stars if I could. My future plans are all screwed up and my guy “doesn’t know what happened” Yes, I should have caught the mistakes, but these are the “professionals”??? (I did catch one of the mistakes, but that wasn’t even fixed before closing) I heartily recommend looking elsewhere
