The processor was great. Kevin made me feel as though my questions and concerns were wasting his time and let me know I should be embarrassed by my credit. I would never use him again or refer him to anyone.

it doesn't matter to me. I thought that my rate was 2 1/4 and it ended at 2 7?8. my cost was almost $5000 for a small loan. too high a cost.
I was told on Thursday August 12th my loan proceeds would be put in my checking account by a wire transfer by Tuesday August 17th. I was in Utah on August 19th when my loan proceeds check was dropped on my porch in California. I had to call my neighbor to pickup it up. I can't believe you would send a $200,000 check and not require a signature for delivery.

I have no idea who Ameer Katifi. My loan officer was Steve Lopez and it was the worst experience of over 30 years of banking experience
