I requested $10,000 cash out and my request for this was ignored. After the first documents were prepared I asked where the cash out was and then was told I'd have to get a different loan with a higher rate. Then I was told that I would get almost $9000 back going with the loan they prepared. Well guess what, it ended up being under $6000 so I had to take out a personal loan to make up the difference. very disappointed.
I have had such a difficult time with this company, my paycheck showed PTO initially and my loan officer kept on stating that the underwriter cant approve the loan because I am not full time. I even got my manager to send them a email but still there was so much back and forth that it's crazy. My loan officer was Julia Restrepo, save your time and energy because you will receive the headache of your life dealing with them. They promise you the moon but never delievr.
