I was told on Thursday August 12th my loan proceeds would be put in my checking account by a wire transfer by Tuesday August 17th. I was in Utah on August 19th when my loan proceeds check was dropped on my porch in California. I had to call my neighbor to pickup it up. I can't believe you would send a $200,000 check and not require a signature for delivery.

It was a highly disorganized process with lots of inaccurate information provided. I would not and could not recommend Harold to anyone. It's unfortunate that it was this way because it would be very easy to make this a streamlined and good customer experience.
