Honestly it was the easiest transaction I've ever made. I cannot say enough great things about Kevin Kwak and his team (thanks Heather Yoon!!). Everyone was on the ball and when I did have a question, responses were immediate and complete. Will 100% be back when needed.
The experience was great
We had great experience working with Daryl. He was very professional and an expert in what he does. He was quick to handle any issues that arose with the loan and worked hard to make sure our loan closed; and also got us some good rates. We would definitely work with Daryl again in the future and also refer our family and friends to him. Thank you for a job well done.
not much to say but great service
Daryl was initially recommended by a neighbor to help with my refinance. I just completed what I hope to be my last refinance and I'm very happy with the loan terms that he was able to provide. The first time I called him, he was nice enough to explain that a refinance didn't make sense given the interest rates. With rates continuing to drop, I called him again and as a result, I'll end up saving a lot. The process was very quick with E-Mortgage and would recommend him to friends and family.
Nancy was great to work with. Very professional and easy to work with. Would recommend her to anyone.
From the beginning to the end, made my refinancing smooth as can be. Very professional and very fast, great team.
