Kevin made things very simple with this refinance by explaining my cost for the loan, documents needed and timeline for closing. The underwriting and appraisal were straight forward. The only thing I wish was better is the interest rate and a lower closing cost or getting lender credits. However, this had nothing to do with Kevin Kwak and the service he provided. It was overall the best experience I've received with a home refinance. This was the 4th one we’ve done with our home in 26 years.
Brandon was a marvelous loan officer!! He was thorough, explained every step was extremely patient and made everything seem easy. Thank-you, again so much!!
