Nancy’s team, particularly Ren Jenkins, put in the effort to make sure we understood the details of what we were being offered and what the implications were for us depending on what choices we made. They made the process simple, quick, and enjoyable!
The loan disclosures changed every time I saw them. From what was proposed, to what I e-signed, to what the notary showed up with at my house. The notary appointment was confusing and the time and location were not clearly communicated. When the notary showed up at 5pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend much of the information on the loan documents was not prepopulated resulting in numerous phone calls and waiting for people to get back to us on a holiday weekend. Definitely not a smooth process.

From beginning to end this was just an excellent experience. From Kevin to Heather I could not have asked for better service. I was totally kept informed on all activity and 'going the extra mile' was just how they roll! Thank you guys !
Honestly it was the easiest transaction I've ever made. I cannot say enough great things about Kevin Kwak and his team (thanks Heather Yoon!!). Everyone was on the ball and when I did have a question, responses were immediate and complete. Will 100% be back when needed.
